I am a wife, mama, artist and aspiring photographer. I love being all of the above. I remember how excited I was when I got my first disk camera when I was 9 years old. Going to Thrifty's and eagerly awaiting the chance to tear open my envelope and see the pictures of my friends and family. I want that feeling to never end. It's so exciting to capture life's most fleeting moments . Share what is beautiful. Say do you see what see? I love life. I love moments. I love color and texture and sweetness of it all. It's taken me a while to get here. My husband is the wind beneath my wings. My son True Chance is my inspiration, he is my new found courage to opening this new door. Here he is......Luke! If you follow my blog, you might remember several weeks back I posted some pregnancy photos of my friend Nicole. Here is her new precious son Luke. He is so adorable, soft and cuddly. What a beautiful baby boy he is. Congrats to the Salas family!
I was lucky enough to be able to tag along with my sister and take pictures of this beautiful couple on the most special day of their lives. The wedding was in August but I am just barely posting them now. There were so many nice images it was hard to choose. This couple was gorgeous.
Last weekend Trever loaded us up in the car and took us for a fun family trip to Venice Beach. It was so much fun. Lots of interesting things to see. Crazy street entertainers, beautiful beach and basketball courts. One of Trev's favorite movies is "White Men Can't Jump". So we had to watch a little court action. You have to go at least once in your life. True Chance had a great time running around. I stopped playing for a little while and took a few pics. Trever took the picture of the vintage Taco Bell sign. Not too shabby!
This saturday when I put True to sleep I ran out to make some new shirts that I have been trying to get to. Since we have been hanging out with our friend Wade I thought it would be fun to pull out the cowboy fabric I used for True Chance's birthday. It's the same fabric I used as a backdrop for his birthday invitations. It is the coolest fabric. So next time he gets to go see the horses he can have his cowboy shirt on. Yee Haaawww. I also made some monsters and more owl shirts with the corduroy fabric. The perfect fabric for fall. So True will be styling for school and playdates. Everyone keeps telling me I should sell them, so if you want one, just ask. I can make some up for Christmas. I can make adult and kid sizes. True has around 30 shirts now that I have made, Pj's and totes too. It's so much fun to craft a little when I get the chance.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who E mails me and encourages me on my blog post. You know who you are. Some friends and family will always send me a quick note and a compliment and it is very much appreciated. Also, thanks for all the inquiries and for booking me from looking at this little blog. I am making the transition from a mamarazzi to a real photographer. It's awesome!
